June 27th would be remembered with heavy hearts by many Windows Fanboys and Gates followers for it was the day when Bill Gates Officially announced Retirement.
Microsoft says that after this day Bill Gates will leave his day to day activities and responsibilities and will now concentrate on working Full Time for his Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on global health and education work.
Bill Gates however will still continue to work as the company’s Chairman and an adviser on key development projects. The Chief Software Architect would now be Ray Ozzie who previously was the Chief Technical Officer.
