Here’s a cool trick I came across which allows you to Display a Notice/Custom Messege at System StartUp. Follow these easy Steps :
1.Click on Start > Run
2.Type “regedit” to open up the Registry Editor, now Navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>Windows>CurrentVersion>policies>system
3.When you Click on System, at the right side you’ll see
“legalnoticecaption”
“legalnoticetext”
4.Right click in them to add you own notice or custom message
“legalnoticecaption”=”Enter Your Notice/Messege Title”
“legalnoticetext”=”Enter your Notice/Messege”
Thats it ! Save and Restart !

This seams to only allow one line of text. How do I enter a paragraph or more?
